Facile Friday - Getting in shape

I was thinking the other day that now that I have turned 46 years old, I should get myself in shape.  You know, work out a bit and help my mind and my body feel younger.

There are so many ways to shape up but I really was looking for something that was fun, maybe adventurous and exciting would be a good addition to my day.  I could walk, play tennis, ride a bike, but I have been doing those things my whole life.  What could I do that was new and exciting?

These ladies look like they are having some big time fun!  I think that I could enjoy a jiggling belly belt if I had an ice cold tequila drink!  I am just glad that those outfits aren't trendy again yet!

I really don’t know what to think of this man and his gadget.  You put the headphones on your stomach while that handle…..what does that handle do?  Forget it!  I don’t want to know!  I have changed my mind about this doomawhicky.  I think I scared myself.

I was looking at this picture but my analysis has found that the woman does not look happy.  Maybe it is because she is doing it without a beverage?  Those woman in the group have beverages AND they are looking mighty cheerful!  I will pass on this one too.

Well now I just feel frustrated and wish that I could find that perfect activity that suits me and my interests.

Wait!  I think I have found it!!  My fountain of youth!!

No, this isn’t it.  But I guess it is close, in a way.

Here it is!  Doesn’t that just look like the BEST!?  I need my spine to feel young and the fact that a hammock could do that it an added bonus.  Do you think that I could use a regular hammock and have someone spin me up in it?  I know that I desperately want the “keen relish of a healthful existence” and I think that this is the way to do it!

Wish me luck, I think I will need it or a chiropractor.
