Facile Friday - Perfect Pi

I made a pumpkin pie from scratch the other day.  Seriously, I started with a pumpkin!
So, I was doing some experimentation with pumpkin and pie and how best to eat it.  I have always wondered about the perfect whipped cream to pie ratio.  Haven't you?

Anyway, I think that I have found THE perfect ratio of whipped cream to pie, at least when it comes to pumpkin.  Wanna see?  OK, but first let me say that you will need to invest in a super large can of whipped cream or make a lot of your own.  Remember, this is from very detailed research that I have done and I am sure that it can easily be reproduced to prove my outcome to be true.

I believe that the 2:1 ratio is ideal when consuming pumpkin pie.  I tried a 3:1 and it too was really good but I shied away from the 4:1 feeling like it was a bit overboard but that may be my own bias.  I would love to hear about other research of this sort going on outside of my own, so please feel free to leave a comment with your own observations and experiences.
